And then I thought, why not try difference clouds on the background to give it texture


And then I thought, what if I used a gradient on the difference clouds


Well, maybe something more subtle, clouds filter over the difference clouds


Or possibly something more wild, a different gradient on the difference clouds


And then I realized I didn't know which I liked best, and I was running out of time to choose. So you choose.

I think I like the clouds filter on the difference clouds best. The apples are very nice, and they stand out best on the more subtle background.

I know. I thought that. And then I thought I liked the second colored one on the plain paper background even better. And then I thought I liked the outrageously bold last one and then... I just spun out of control and only had 15 minutes left to post time and gave up rational thought and apple-spammed everyone.

#3 is more 'appley' I think. The others are more focused on color.
