$25 to keep kerr_avon for another year, but I don't think I'll bother about the extra icons when they run out (not sure when that will be). Hmmm... how many will I revert to once the extra icon space runs out? There's the 'loyalty' icons you earn according to the age of the account which are supposed to add onto the minimum.

I'm too sleepy to figure out how to look it up just now.

EDIT: LJ sent me an email telling me I'm using 52 out of 117 available icons. Maybe that means so long as I keep the account paid up I don't need to pay for more icons?

M getn very slleppy... no, must stay awake. Possibility of ride to store to buy houserepair stuff exists... small possibility, granted...awakkeee..

If you keep the account paid you get 30 icons when the extra ones run out. I imagine they keep the 30 oldest. If you let it lapse, you get 6, or 15 if you let them use it for ads (yuck). I may let Vila's account go free this year and just use the 6. I don't really need more than that any more.

Well, when they warn me the extra ones are running out I'll delete all but the 30 I like best, that way they should let me keep them.

Avon would smack me upside the head if I let them use him for ads.

I should pare Vila's down to 6 before his time comes up. He never used the full 30 but I see he's got 14. I might give him a better default one since all the deleted ones will turn into that.

I just thought of a way I can reduce the number of icons but keep the mood aspect: find ones that I can use for more than one existing key word and put them against them. I'll get round to it before the end of the year when I think Vila's LJ will revert to basic.

That's a good idea. LJ's mood themes do 'tree' so that many of them are really related.
