The "Bad Camper" is the sort of thing my husband would write if he got in Craig's List. I'm not kidding.

I think those dolls probably were evil. Maybe the bird, too.

I loved the ending on 'Bad Camper'. And the dolls sure looked evil to me.

I can see why they made you giggle!
Ken should consider himself lucky you didn't put him on Craig's list too!

There are so many idiot brothers they have no market value. :^)

Too right there, I have two of my own. thankfully they both live a couple of hundred miles away!

Distance! Isn't it wonderful!

Family is often best dealt with by distance.

That sounds like a great idea! Maybe entropy_house can do that if he ever comes back to stay...though that would probably be...never if she has anything to say about it

[identity profile] entropy-house.livejournal.com 2007-10-06 11:29 pm (UTC)(link)
I could put him on Craigslist, but what can you buy for a nickel?

[identity profile] kalinda001.livejournal.com 2007-10-06 11:32 pm (UTC)(link)
*giggles* Those are hilarious!

Being a dog owner, I definitely understand Note to the Dogs. I'm lucky mine is only about 15 lbs and has learned not to go on furniture (since we got him his own =P)

Lost Dogs Owning a pet is not just fun...it's a responsibiliy people!!! Sometimes I am so mad at people who have pets and think they're cute but have no idea/or care how to take care of them properly. Those people should not be allowed to have pets. Maybe potential pet owners should be required to take a test (like for a drivers license) to ensure that they at least have the bare miniumum requirements for owning a pet.

[identity profile] entropy-house.livejournal.com 2007-10-06 11:42 pm (UTC)(link)
At least it would be good if pet shops were required to give people a basic, multiple choice test on the needs of the pet they want to purchase, and if they fail, they have to take it over again until they get it right.

Unfortunately that would not stop a dog breeder who makes no attempt to socialise their animals and then if they are found wanting, simply abandon them. Which is what happened to that pair of lucky now canines!

[identity profile] entropy-house.livejournal.com 2007-10-07 12:03 am (UTC)(link)
I don't really think any amount of laws will prevent people from being idiots, unfortunately.

[identity profile] jaxomsride.livejournal.com 2007-10-07 12:31 am (UTC)(link)
Considering who you've got as President, no not in this millenia!

[identity profile] kalinda001.livejournal.com 2007-10-07 12:40 am (UTC)(link)
That's horrible! I had wondered what happened to dogs which breeders and pets shops are unable to sell.

[identity profile] jaxomsride.livejournal.com 2007-10-07 12:45 am (UTC)(link)
It depends on the dog breeder / pet shop. Not all are inhumane, however you see enough on pet rescue shows to know that they can be unnecessarily cruel to the unfortunates in their care.

The mage is positively... worrying.

But I like the possessed bird :)

There are some really scary things on there. :^)
