The mangy cat is gone- I suspect Emo Kitty chased him off.

I ATE the first strawberry of the season from my little strawberry bed, and so I felt impelled to weed it- did about half. Also used up several cardboard boxes to put out some more of my hedge weeds. Don't dare put all out at once or the trash men berate me and refuse to take any. Also I saw a little blue butterfly displaying. YAY. They are *tiny* and usually perch with the wings folded up so you can't see the pretty blue tops. I *think* I got at least one decent snap. Shall check later.

And I tried a KingArthur GF bread mix in the machine-- SMELLS like bread, LOOKS like bread, and I had a slice with butter and honey and it TASTED like bread. YAY.

Must put on shorts & feed the pool some acid...mmm... and today I was GOING to take off from work & just watch DVDs & embroider... well, can still do that. It's only 4pm.

Thank you! Warm fuzzies was exactly what I was hoping for.

So far, so good with the bread. I ate several slices in various ways and it's all settled happily in my tum. :^) Have to put that on my next grocery run. I only bought one as a trial.
