It's a guide to domestic cat coat colors and patterns. The creator says it doesn't cover every possibility, but it sure looks like it to me!

Saw a little cat named Marigold on line today. She looks like a color point calico—very unusual. She was found in China, so I wonder if her fur was dyed.

I have a seal tortie point Birman, it's quite a pretty look.

Oh lovely, that's so interesting! My 3 are of course moggy colours not even slightly unusual (black, grey, ginger), but I like to spot cats in gardens and on windowsills when I ride my bike and I see some gorgeous and unusual ones - dilutes and torbies are the unusual colours I see more often, and there are some gorgeous patchy cats with varying amounts of white.

They've got the colouring of all the cats I've had, though Ashley only turns up under chinchilla instead of tabby. Some of those colourings sound amazing.

Pinning means I don't have to keep a folder on my HD - and when others pin my pins, I can look at what they have and pin some of theirs. Also if there's a story, the pin automatically links back.

I've seen several with <3 marking, but that is absolutely adorable! Oh, I found it online! It was a newborn in someone's hand.

That was really interesting. I kept thinking 'Aha, they don't have THIS colour / pattern!" and then I'd find it on the chart. :-)
One thing, though - in the Australian Cat Federation we do indeed recognise Amber in Norwegian Forest Cats. The only colours we don't recognise for Nogs are cinnamon, fawn, chocolate and lilac.
