When you are looking for distraction from a story you can't seem to get started, so you've read your entire flist... and you open your flist in a different browser expecting that will miraculously make new posts appear.

Hmm... this might be an interesting meme. Ok:
If you're really hooked on LJ, say what sign(s) of LJ addiction you have noticed and ask others to do the same.
