EDIT: KRUD KUTTER works. In fact, it works better than I'd hoped. I may be able to finish cleaning the pool ladder today. *fingers crossed*
EDIT 2: Well, much ladder progress was made, but at 5pm I gave up for the day. Perfection another day.
