I wish I had some smooth walls instead of all stucco. The site wallpaper mockup of a design I made last night looks SO PRETTY.

A while back someone asked me to customize a design, but I gave up after half a dozen tries- 'it's what you said you wanted', 'yes, but now that I see it I don't like it, can you like-- make the colors more exciting while at the same time keeping the exact muted colors I told you to copy from a photo I found'. *eyeroll* 'No, I can't make a Round/Square, either'.

BUT I liked the designs so I put them on Spoonflower and from time to time they get favorited or even a bit of print purchased, so last night to cheer myself up after the Tax Marathon I made 7 more color variants and I love all of them. Mostly they look really good as wallpaper, I think, but until I have them set for sale I'm the only one who can see them as wallpaper, so I screenshot one of them.

This is SO COOL. I was googling to find out if wallpaper is currently fashionable. Still not sure-- all the sites I found were wallpaper sellers so of course they'd say yes!

But in the looking I found some ideas what basic design types they thought were popular, so that's useful to me and then I found this site where you can upload your own photos and can have them made into a montage, or a mural stretching over a large area.

It's expensive, sure, but very, very cool.

These are so cool. Some are meant for the military, as 'packhorses' to carry supplies, one is meant for fast running (up to 29MPH the video of it on a treadmill is so freaky), one can leap 30 feet up, one has 6 whippy half round 'legs' and can go anywhere, even upside down... I keep expecting to see the Stark 'swoosh' on them.
