Haven't done that in years. mm...anyway, it couldn't have been important as I've forgot it. I've overcommitted to ficathons, I think... 4 at last count. Am v. sleepy but SUPPOSEDLY pool guy is going to call me. I called him at 2 to ask if the inspection was on for Tues, as he'd told me it would be, but he said city hall had told them they were too busy and he should call again later, and he was going to call RIGHT NOW. That was an hour ago.

t'ell wit' him. I found a B7 notepad page from 1994, and am drawing space giraffes. Have not done much today, but did snap butterfly pics & mixed up enamael... enarmel.. enamel paint to try to match bathroom tile to cover up piecings under sink. *yawn*... paper scattered over floor whilst sorting...weather pretty--cool! with silver white clouds...saw shrikn shink sri shrike and turkey vultures today...

cat-burglar character who doesn't like werewolf cops might get writ as part of mini_nanowrimo. He's lazy, and doesn't lie like to toalk to me.

How do you sign up for mini nanowrimo? I'd like to try, but all I saw was to join the group---duh???

I just found that out last night, myself. It's not really clear. FIRST you ask to join, and when you get permission to join, you go to the profile page and find the link to the sign-up page,

go to the sign-up page (it's members only) and comment with the name you intend you use, and your daily word committment IN THE SUBJECT LINE, as I've done in this comment.

Then go here to read how to post your word counts.

Condensed version: the US based mods put up the daily post and when you've done your wordage for the day you comment to that post with the subject line of your comment as the example below
Subject: Day 1, entropy_house, 325 words

Don't spell out any numbers, because it'll mess up their counting system. If you don't (for whatever reason, including LJ going down) comment before the next day's post goes up, then you've missed a day. You don't lose your wordage for the day, though. You just add any missing days word count to the word count of the first day you can comment.
