Amazing Amazon

I was sent a couple DVDs via Amazon for my birthday. I already had one of the movies, so I called Amazon & asked if they had any procedure for something like that. I said I didn't think the DVD was really worth sending back, but Service Guy insisted on it. I said it would cost me more than the price of the DVD for me to cab it to UPS & I'd rather just forget it and keep it, if I had to do that. Service Guy said no problem, he'd send out a UPS guy to pick it up. I said is it really worth that? But this is the procedure.
So, ok. DVD picked up. Later, email arrives from Amazon. They subtracted the discounted postage (what the buyer didn't pay) from the cost of the DVD and refunded me the difference in the form of a gift card. Which came in a second email....
