My laziness is epic. I spend more time faffing about at the computer than doing anything else. I turned yesterday's paisley cat doodle into an inverted color image and put it on sort of a mesh net background. Experimenting is fun.

Paisley Cat

A nice sorrel

Started out to be a horse but the anatomy was wrong, so I decided it must be a young unicorn. They don't get the white coat until they're fully mature. This is a two-year old, still quite dark, but beginning to dapple, and curious enough to let me get close enough to sketch.

I like the paisley cats! I liked the paisley ponies too. I can imagine both made into retro-style shirts or dresses.

That would be *so* cool. No one else would be wearing the same thing, that's for certain. :^)

I like the first horse. He looks so regal.

If your wish to use the pics of Precious for a fabric design and size them to your needs, you are welcome to do so.

Thank you! I suspect the next time I get 30 fabrics together to swatch, that will be one of them. I'm slowly building up 'for sale' fabrics in my 'store'. No idea what postage would be to get it to you, but at least it would be *possible* for you to get it then.

I love the paisley cat--did you do it in colors, too?

And the unicorn is wonderful!

I only did the paisley cat in black and white. I thought about coloring it, but went with the quick(er) option. :^)

Glad you like the unicorn, I was happy with him once I realized he couldn't be a horse & I stopped trying to force him into the wrong shape box.

These proud, lovely horses! I love how you are able to give them fire in their veins!
Also the paisley cat is very cute.

That is a lovely unicorn. Though, not all unicorns are white.

I'm pretty sure unicorns vary a lot. They're either a bunch of related species or possibly just breeds. This type is like the Lipizzaner breed of horses in that nearly all of them turn snow-white by the time they're mature, around 4 years old. There are occasional dark Lipizzaners, and I've seen a painting of a lovely pinto Lipizzaner far back in their history, but for the most part, they wind up white.
