Managed to get a few windows of uploadability & so here are some pretties.
Gluten Free Raspberry 'Cheesecake'
This experiment worked out really well.
A single-serve mock cheesecake.
I crushed the crumbs saved from a bag of gluten free choc. chip cookies & 2 packets of GF vanilla sandwich cookies all in a ziplock bag (easy to crush by hand that way), packed the crumbs into a cereal bowl, fork-mixed half a block (about 4 ounces) of cream cheese with a splash of Cran-raspberry juice & 3 teaspoons sugar in another bowl until soft and a pretty pale pink, squashed that on top of the crumbs, rinsed and laid a handful of fresh raspberries on top, and then squirted a choc. syrup heart shape on top of the berries...mmm... It was very very nice, and satisfied a lot of cravings. Not bad at all for about 4 minutes effort.

On the next 4 I used the pixlr online photo editor that
quarryquest recently mentioned. It's fun.

Date: 2012-01-25 04:48 am (UTC)I saved about 4 versions with the last photo, but the sharp ears back pose made the 'demon' image the most arresting.

Date: 2012-01-26 01:27 am (UTC)It's even simpler to use (with correspondly less control). You can choose at most one of each of three different effects- the first is a sort of tint, the second a general overlay and the third a border. The control panel is incredibly simple

I tried to remember what I did that resulted in the second image- not sure, but maybe this.
red part of the dial can't remember-- maybe Tony or None
blue part of the dial Paint
yellow part of the dial Rustic
It also says you can install this on your desktop. Here's the link for that.

(well, I tried, but the installation didn't do me any good. It gave me something that couldn't find an application to make it work.)
