There are at least 2 species of iguana at Amelia Earhart park. The black spiny tailed iguana is the most carnivorous of the iguana species, and the green iguana is the most herbivorous. Color isn't really a good way to tell them apart since the color varies widely, and an individual can not only be hatched a different color than usual, it can change due to weather conditions, health, and sexual readiness (especially if it's a dominant breeding male).
The first five photos are black spiny tailed iguana.

And these three are all green iguana. Supposedly the greenies make good pets, but the black are less suitable. I don't want either one, thanks. Looking at them pleases me, keeping one would not. ;^)
