Spoonflower got back to me & tells me they're gonna get the right swatches to me this time. Hope so. On the bright side, what with the multiple reprints of the two collections I probably have enough to make something coordinating. No idea what. Shouldn't start anything new ATM, though.
Am working on the second leopard cat. Next sewing project should prob. be a sock critter. I want to use up those Red Heel socks- cat was the next most popular on the poll.
Also! I got my first two sales commissions from the Amazon Spoonflower shop! Yay. Considering they only have 55 of my designs up in their shop of 19,480 designs, I'm surprised anyone found me. Both sales came in nearly simultaneously, so I guess it was the same buyer.
Have now added 4 chapters to the Velveteen Rabbit/Avengers fusion and have hope of actually getting it to a conclusion.
Started cleaning up the baseboard prior to painting- I get tired stupidly easy, so I think I'll clean and paint part of it, today, & then move furniture to paint more tomorrow.
Also need to find way to keep ants from building hill inside the guest room/house repair supplies room door- found a mountain yesterday when I went in there to check on painting supplies. Think it's because the outside door sill was never actually sealed.
And that's about 1/5 of the baseboards done. Unless I count the ones in several rooms...noooo, way too much stuff to shift. It's got enough to shift just in the living room. I'm resting up in between sorting and putting stuff back to make room to move other furniture.
BUT! On the bright side, I used up some cardboard as paint shields, and threw out some stuff, and found 'Tasha's official birth date (her vet bill's been sitting in a stack of stuff for years). I had her as born on March 31, 2012, so she's coming up on her 5th birthday.
