Does it have to be 5x5 or can you get smaller ones?

It has to be 5 X 5, but there's no requirement to go for a blackout- you can go bingo with horizontal, diagonal or vertical 5 fills.

You need to do at least a line before you can ask for a new card in the current round, but if you wind up doing less than a line, you can still post in the Amnesty period.

This is a really low commitment, no guilt, bingo. The minimum word count for text fills is only 100 words. There are no deadlines. Even if the round you signed up for ended, you can post bingos whenever, just tag them with the bingo you signed up for.

The amnesty period (between the start of August and the end of November) is for fills that won't ever be part of a bingo so even if you do only one fill, you can still share it.

If you claim a card and don't use it, that's ok, too, you can abandon a card with no penalty and still sign up for new rounds.

The prompts are great and they don't even mind if you use them for something else- they'd appreciate it if you said where you got them, that's about it.
