7 random pics- a blue moon seen during the day, monarch butterfly, mushrooms growing in the cracked bark of a dying tree, a male rainbow lizard facing a female, Natasha looking out the window, and a neighborhood cat fascinated by my pool robot- also the pool robot climbing out of the water.

These are fantastic!!! The moon...never like that here, it looks like from another world.
But here are lovely lizards, a perfect couple, aren´t they?
I love Natasha lavishly resting and that other cat is really facinated and very handsome too.
Well, I would be fascinated too, We have never had a pool and your robot is really interesting.:-)

I hardly ever see the moon like that- it was nice and close and bright, so I was able to get some detail even with my midrange zoom lens.

If I keep my camera handy and go out often I can get some lucky snaps. ;^) Haven't been out photographing very often lately, so it's taken a while to collect some pics good enough to share.

The pool robot is FUN. I just got a different filter- much finer- which should clear out more of the tiny stuff in the water, now that the bigger muck has been much reduced.

I did a quick google on lantana care- for me, lantana care is really simple-mostly just don't cut it all the way down. :^)

Your photos are so good! Have you thought about selling some via zazzle or redbubble?

Thank you! I looked into zazzle & redbubble and decided they weren't for me, for various reasons. Sometimes I can turn them into designs at Spoonflower, though. A cat faces montage I made has done quite well, with over 100 sales so far.

I know redbubble does canvases - a friend has abstract art there. I have no idea though how hard it is for vendors though.

There's a lot of fine print to wade through. And when I asked the folks on the little Spoonflower forum about other print on demand places where you could earn commissions, some people had tried both and had issues that would have annoyed me.

Natasha would hide, she only knows me, but the neighborhood kitty would probably be cool with petting.

For a little while, before she got bored. She was absolutely RIVETED watching the pool robot's long power line slowly moving across the pool, and when the pool robot crawled up the side of the pool to emerge, she went OMG OMG OMG and FROZE with one foot up, like a pointing hound dog.

Your lizards are so colourful! Here we have bronze skinks, which are also lovely but much more subtle.

They aren't native and I hadn't always seen them- apparently they began as released or escaped pets. Which makes sense- their colors make them very attractive. When I was a kid I used to only see smaller brownish lizards, but now there's a whole bunch of different kinds.
