I got a rock tumbler for Christmas, so maybe some of the many many many rocks I dug up will get a chance to shine. It came with a dozen semi-precious stones, so I'm running them first- should take about a month. I'd researched before I put it on the wish list and the rubber barrel version is MUCH quieter than I'd expected. Back in...mmm...1960's? I had a rock tumbler, so loud I had to run it in the back yard. But this one is so quiet all I had to do was shut the door of the room it's in, and I can't hear it.

So, anyway, I google weird Christmas gifts this morning after making gluten free chocolate chip cookies from a Pillsbury mix- turned out perfect. YUM. I noticed a few Marvel themed items and refined my search further, just for fun. Doubt any are really gift-worthy. Too expensive for jokes and not quality enough for collecting, IMO.

The Infinity Gauntlet Cookie Jar must have been popular- it's out of stock on Amazon, and Game Stop and Walmart. It's a cookie jar for dieters- half the cookies disappear when you open it! (Honestly that's what happens with most cookie jars.)

IF you can find it the price varies- Game Stop asked $12, Amazon wanted $25, Walmart wanted $35

Thor's Mjolnir Hammer meat Tenderizer. Also unavailable, but judging by the customer reviews it is NOT Worthy (hollow aluminum). Cute, though. I like the customer answers to questions.

It's a fun hammer but if you're a refined chef (which I'm clearly not) you would not enjoy it since the inside of the head is empty. So basically, you can still pummel some meat but you cannot kill somebody in one strike with it, like Thor would I mean....not me....

Marvel Avengers Captain America Shield Cutting Board - Non Slip Feet
$25.
Tempered glass, with the red white and blue shield with star design. Looks like clear glass covering a drawing from the comics, complete with pencil lines.

Question:
It says it is fully operational. Does that mean I can use it to deflect bullets and bone crushing blows to protect myself in case of attack?
Answer:
Absolutely

And the Captain America shield waffle maker seems disappointing too. No temperature control and several reviewers said it only lasted a few months before making waffles burnt outside and raw inside. $28

Yay - semi-precious stones are really wonderful, if tended in the right way. What about a pigeon egg-sized diamond ? LOL
Wow this Marvel stuff, hahahaha!!!
Have a nice day!
