Last night I dunno...I was sneezing, I was shivering and couldn't get warm. Went to bed early and kept waking up during the night & now I feel generally slightly achy all over. Still have no sense of smell (am eating food by remembering what it tastes like).

Maybe I will do less yard work today- want to transplant some tomato seedlings, but I think that will be all. Just enough to get some fresh air and natural sunlight.

I can't smell myself, but I feel sticky, so I guess I finally warmed up in my burrito of many quilts & sweated. Once I get up the energy I'll go shower. Hopefully the house will have warmed up a bit by then.

Have you talked to a doctor to let them know you have COVID? Do you have everything you need so you don't have to go out at all?

If you have a regular doctor please contact them, possibly make a telemedicine appointment. The chances are REALLY high that it's COVID, but they won't want you to see anyone if you don't have to.

My poor friend, I am so sorry and I can“t help you! Just slow down and let your body relax. Fresh air is good for you!Hopefully the shower could bring some relief. And then - bed!
