Trying to get in gear. It's slow brain today, too. I did eventually remember to go to Paypal and transfer money from the Spoonflower dribs and drabs commission to my checking account. Every little bit helps.

And then- I shoved a few things around on the fold up card table I use in the sewing room to Hold Stuff (yes, it's a clutter) and wound up with half a dozen scissors I'm not currently using. I have one repurposed potato chip container full of big scissors on top of a teetering stack of stuff and one repurposed small drink mix container on the window sill holding small scissors. The small scissor container was also full, so I repurposed a slightly less small plastic Domino Dots sugar package to exchange for the drink mix container. I picked out the larger scissors, and then went to dump out the smaller ones (I don't even KNOW what they all are... one weird one is for cutting button holes? and tiny curved ones for manicure? hair cutting, etc... pretty sure some might even be antiques from my grandmother.

And something, long, gray and SLITHERY not only fell out, it DISAPPEARED, leaving behind only a few tiny black dots in the bottom of the container. WTF? I don't even know. A house gecko wouldn't have been so long? Or been able to live in the scissor stuff. ALIENS? I looked and could not find it. So whatever it is... IT LIVES. And it's SOMEWHERE in the room.

Ah! Amazon package came. More brown paper to roll up! Also the stuff I bought. :^)

Still slow brain day-- I did finish one tote going for 6pm. So Slooow. Took a couple pictures, maybe tomorrow will post them.
