Aug. 28th, 2009 09:07 pmI am beat. I got the room painted, pushed the two desks back where they belong (still minus the drawers), sealed the leftover paint, cleaned the tools, and had a nice nap in the bathtub. There are plenty of drips of paint on the floor... I do not care. It's worn out, anyway.
(When I'm sleepy I do silly factoid-hunting things-- I went to the million giraffe site and changed the page number on the URL in big jumps until I found the first page. Currently there are 498 pages. The first one has 25 entries at the moment, and all the rest have 40 entries. So 19,905 entries made up the 186,873 giraffes there now. There are a lot of entries with multiple giraffes, obviously. Many have 100's of teeny giraffes on giraffe paper. So if Ola does decide to do a giraffe book, the task of looking through them won't be as impossible as I'd thought if the current trend continues. I figure he'd only have to look at 2,500 pages or so...)
