Waves from Dreamwidth

I'm trying to get up to speed on Dreamwidth. Have tried to set in motion the 'import journal' feature so maybe some of my LJ stuff from Entropy_House will come over by itself. I see my default icon made the journey. Hello, me!

I also have a Dreamwidth for Avon, but you can only do one import journal at a time, so I'll wait at least a day to see what happens with Ehouse (There's a bazillion entries, don't know if it will give up and not import any, maybe will import the most recent, or what.)

My eye is getting better- still not perfect, but better. Only a bit flashy thingie.

I'm changing to a paid DW account.

If I'm using it, I should help support it & from what I've heard (unconfirmed rumor), up to 20,000 new accounts have been made at DW since the latest LJ Customer Disservice.

I would hate for DW to fail for lack of funds.

Some people have found that it has been turned on, and the only way they were able to get it off was to click to turn it ON, and then click to turn it OFF.
